Affirmation, Gratitude and Healing

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love all I have learned about healing herbs from books, the people in my life and experimenting on myself in real life (here is an image of my twisted ankle and you can see how the toes and the area just above my ankle bone are more purple, while the area in between my toes and just above my ankle bone are more yellow and less purple as that is the area I wrapped with fresh comfrey leaves for three days continuously) so after this experiment in the use of fresh local whole comfrey leaves I would say that “Comfrey is great at enhancing the healing of the body in sprained ankles for me.” I am blessed to live in a time where knowledge is available and plentiful I just need to go to a library, bookstore or the internet to get thousands of new choices on what to fill my brain with next. I am a learning machine. I choose to learn all I can about physical health, happiness, forgiveness, peace of mind, mindfulness and gratitude so that I may give and receive joy easily, openly and completely. Thank you for your time. Thank you for searching your soul for your true inner light and beauty. I Love You. ♥ :~)

I am practicing looking where I am going from now on! hahahahahahaha! :~)

Today I am grateful for cat sitting we are getting to care for TomTom our friends Simon Werner and Miho Werner‘s cat he provides me with laughter and purring, for experiencing TomTom getting use to our new home and to watch his reactions to the different animals that live on the property here with us, and for cameras as they help us to capture our earthly adventures and share our experiences. Being heard is a basic human need for being whole, healed and healthy. Who listens to you and your heart? Thank you for your time. Thank you for sharing your stories with me. I love listening to you empathically. ♥ :~)
