Affirmation, Gratitude and Death

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) live to give. My goal is to be like the sun in the sky to shine my loving light everywhere I go and through all the twists and turns that life brings. To go forth this day with a faithful heart that knows even in death there is success and adventure. I embrace the lives of my loved ones and also the death of my loved ones as we are all going to die, it is a natural as farting and breathing. My goal is to live each day as if it is my last, to master my emotions so that what ever emotion I feel, I understand that the emotion is not me but only just a part of me, all be it a strong and sometimes seemingly overpowering part, I believe that emotions talked to and loved just as they are be they fear or anger or passion or love dissolve when acknowledge and accepted as real. My emotions are my friends that guide me through the road less traveled. Thank you for your valuable time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful open heart with me.
Today I am grateful for being alive, breathing in life giving oxygen and breathing out life giving carbon dioxide, for the ability to see and smell and especially taste Teri Young’s tomatoes as we got to buy her blue ribbon tomatoes, eat them and we even shared one heritage tomato with Robert Cerins‘ parents, for the ability to touch my loved ones with kindness and for my commitment to being happy just so I know, understand and embrace that at least one person I know did their best to follow what the spiritual books of the world tell us, that our thoughts are powerful, creative and life giving. I am the change I want to see in the world. I am peaceful. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for sharing your stories with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
