Affirmation, Gratitude and Dehydrating

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love the confidence I am feeling and exuding these days. I feel connected to my inner child and grateful that I have been following my bliss since my early twenties. I was so lost that all I could do was follow my heart as my head was so sad, confused and insecure. The path for me was experimenting with life to see what made me feel good, alive and worthy. The books I read that told me to listen to my still small voice which has guided me successfully each time I have listened and when I have not listened I have learned that I wished I would have listened to me. I know trust my inner voice 100% now and I do so with glee. I am wise when I rely my heart, my inner voice and my gut. I choose to listen to me today and I feel empowered.
Today I am grateful for hearing the dehydrator running which means I am going to get to eat sun (or acutally Excalibur) dried tomatoes, dried pears and dried apples all picked locally, for getting to make sauerkraut when I come home this afternoon as we purchased cabbage yesterday from Makaria Farmhttps://www.facebook.com/MakariaFarmDuncanBC?fref=ts The produce here is to live for! And for knowing that feeding myself and my family homemade food from scratch, made with love and farmed locally will keep us healthy and content. We are doing a self experiment where we buy the best food possible and see if that indeed keeps us healthy. So far at 58 years young and 47 years young my husband are on no medicine and feel great eating organic and locally sourced food. Thank you for this time you spend with me. Thank you for sharing your health tips and grateful heart with me.  Thank you for sharing your wise and valuable self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

There are always more sides to the story than just the one I hold myself. I am open to your side of the story too! :~)
