Affirmation, Gratitude and Laughter

Today’s Affirmation: I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to live this day as if it is the last day of my life. I savour the way my body moves, the strength I have been imbued with and the fact that I feel better now than I did when I was in my twenties. I love growing into my best self. I feel as if I am growing better instead of older, that I am still sprouting new brain cells that are super charged with loving energy as that is what I focus on daily. I feel that my life is opening up and expanding more than ever. I delight in the greying of my hair, the wrinkling of my skin (as I am getting happy wrinkles) and for being my most calmfident and confident self ever.
Today I am grateful for getting to have a dinner last night with Teri Young and Pablo Plenti we laughed so hard I thought I might split my pants, for feeling appreciated by the people I share my life with (which is an indication that the self work I have done is paying off 100 fold) and for the five senses I possess that help guide me through this lovely planet, I get to taste coffee, chocolate, liver, salt, bitter and savoury, I get to smell roses, farts, fish, star gazer lilies and horses, I get to experience the giving and receiving of touch, I get to see trees, bees, the kindness in your eyes, the morning sun rises and clouds, I also get to hear your voice, the music, the birds chirping, the cars driving by on the road, Robert Cerins waking up and the horses whinnies for their breakfast. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for sharing your open heart and mind with me. I Love You, ♥ :~)
An image of a full moon night with the table set and read for guests. There are candles, wine glasses, and fruit on the table waiting to be enjoyed. The colours are deep blues, reds, yellow golds, and the contrast of black and white.

Sharing dinner, conversations and laughter are what makes my life worth living. :~)
