Affirmation, Gratitude and Parties

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) today plant seeds of joy, abundance, peace, harmony, gratitude, unconditional love and serenity. I plant these fertile seeds in the soil of my heart and let them sprout into plants that nourish my body, mind and spirit. I plant only seeds of kindness and compassion encouraging myself to love every moment of the day and I feel vibrant. I just turned 48 years young and I feel fabulous, I am medication free and I am inspired to be joyous by the gift of incarnating on this amazing planet. I am also meditation full and I am in process of experimenting with my life that I can be healthy into my 100’s by holding onto thoughts and actions that bring peace to my life and yours. I am loving living as an experiment to love, health and connecting with as many humans as possible.

Today I am grateful for an amazing weekend as we got to go to three parties on Saturday, two of which were surprise parties, the first party on Saturday was in a barn where a friend who is a large animal veterinarian was coming to care for a dairy cow, little did he know there was homemade pizza made from the milk of the cow he was caring for, beer, cheesecake also made from the same cows milk and a half a gallon of fresh raw cows milk for which to mix with vodka and kahlua they were the best white russian drinks I ever had, for getting to go next to a going away party for a friend Sarah and then running into April Lee Taylor-Vance and Michael who come for art lesson with Robert Cerins every Tuesday, it was fun as this was the first time I met April and Michael, and for then getting to go to another birthday party for Chris Koehn who turned 50 years young this year. It was a weekend filled with friends, wonderful conversations and fun. Thank you for being in my life. Thank you for sharing your emotional journey with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

You can be beautiful even when you are blue, just put some flowers in your hair. :~)
