Affirmation, Gratitude and Oil of Oregano

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) treat my body like a golden temple of light. I honour the body I was given for this lifetime. I give my body rest, nourishing food and beverages, good company to be inspired by and respect. I realize my body has limits so I make sure I nurture my being with kindness, compassion and patience. I take it easy when I have my period, knowing that the cycle of life is happening in my body. I exercise myself by taking walks, dancing every chance I get and breathing. I take deep breathes everyday expanding my lungs to their fullest capacity feeling the life and relaxation that each breath gives me. I trust there is enough oxygen to power my body so i trust there is enough of everything I need to thrive during my incarnated journey here on earth. I am enough and there is enough for me to be sustained.

Today I am grateful that when I was visiting my Mom we discussed the benefits of Oil of Oregano how it is both anti-viral and anti-fungal so that about a week ago I started to put Oil of Oregano on a couple of planters warts on my right foot and they are getting smaller Woo Hoo, for believing that there are plants on the planet that are able to cure any issue I may get and for experimenting with nature remedies on myself so that I know which plants are healing for me as I love natures pharmacy. Thank you for being here with me today for a while. Thank you for your delightful words, thoughts and feelings. I Love You. ♥ :~)
an image of an old building in Duncan that was once a car garage but is now a health food store, cafe, bookstore, musical venue and much more. The colours of the buliding are yellow with red trim.

The Duncan Garage is a meeting place that creates community. :~)
