Affirmation, Gratitude and Oil of Oregano

Today I am grateful for Oil of Oregano as I have been using it on the planters wart on my foot and the two warts are getting smaller really fast the biggest one was the size of the eraser of a pencil and now it is already the size of a dull pencil led, Woo Hoo I love using natural remedies for healing myself, for getting to experiment on myself for many years now with herbal and natural remedies and growing in confidence that nature truly does provide all I need to heal and thrive and for the research from the Institute of HeartMath and the Positive Psychology Course at Penn State University http://www.ppc.sas.upenn.edu/ that is proving what I have felt all along and read in many wonderful spiritual and self improvement books that happiness brings a sense of calm healing energy into my body. Thank you for your spending some time with me today. Thank you for sharing your openhearted self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) use my time wisely today by being, exuding and accepting love. I am realizing that all hearts are connected. So I figure it is my responsibility to be loving so that all hearts in the Universe have more love circulating through the ether for them to feel, experience and be fed by. I practice being thoughtful, helpful and cooperative. My plan it to do as all the sages of the earth have stated, to be kind, to be compassionate to love the people in my life as much or even more than I love myself, as you are me and I am you and we are one heart beating in a symphony of emotional soup. My life is dedicated to being an example of helpfulness. Thank you for the moments you spend with me. Thank you for sharing your delightful stories with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

By loving myself I am loving you and everything.
