Affirmation, Gratitude and Goodness

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am grateful that my religion is kindness. I believe in the innate goodness of all hearts and that I am connected to every heart in the Universe through the power of love. In my world I visualize people cooperating, caring and creating bliss by being of service to the people in their lives. My passion is to be an example of kindness and friendliness every moment of the day. The more helpful I am in all situations the better I feel. I allow my heart to guide me through the labyrinth of life and I feel safe, connected and clear. I share my love constantly, freely and generously and I feel as powerful as the sun shining on a sunny day. I love knowing that I am vibrating with the creative energy of the Universe and that the love returns to me like a boom-a-rang just when I need it. Thank you for the time you spend with me. Thank you for sharing your kindness with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Today I am grateful for a weekend spent in Vancouver as Robert Cerins had an opportunity to get paid playing the bass guitar in a unique setting backing up a story teller and then creating an atmosphere of dance that enabled the dancers to move, groove and connect with their bodies, for getting to spend the night at Robert’s sister Sandy’s home and go to church with her Sunday morning, the service was held in a theater that had a big stage, the music at the service was a five piece band that played rocking christian music, a light show and dry ice creating a smokey effect in the room, the minister was in his 30’s and he was enthusiastic, funny and animated it was a lovely experience to witness Sandy’s love of the whole situation and for getting to connect with Shine Kelly and plan another musical event in Vancouver for the end of March to create community, dance and heart connections. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for being witness to my journey of joy. I Love You. ♥ :~)

What I focus on expands so I choose to focus on the good in my days.
