Affirmation, Gratitude and Enthusiasm

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name her if you like) sing while I clean the house, sometimes when a good song comes on I even dance and sing, as I love to let music move me, for the book on tape I have been listening to by Lewis Mehl-Madrona called “The Spirit Of Healing” that is heartwarming and informative, I am listening to it for the third time in a row as it is confirming many things I have felt for years.http://www.soundstrue.com/shop/The-Spirit-of-Healing/3371.pd
I believe I am connected to every person on earth the the vibration of my heart so today I go forth radiating love, compassion, patience, delight, wonder, helpfulness and I hope to lighten the hearts of all who cross my path.
Today I am grateful for an adventurous weekend ahead where I will get to be sharing my healing energy and personalized affirmations with people in Vancouver at a Love It Up All Day Event, https://www.facebook.com/events/345600485556799/?fref=ts
that ends in a dance where Robert Cerins will be playing improve bass music along with drummers and many others, for getting a surprise day off yesterday which was helpful as we are preparing to go to Vancouver and it was nice to get our home a bit straightened up, LOL and for doing my best to stay in a place of enthusiasm throughout all of my daily activities whether I am washing the dishes or going for I walk I choose to be in a state of appreciation and wonder, I repeat ideas in my thoughts that remind me how blessed I am, I have a safe community to live in, a beautiful private park to go for walks in, horses to see and smell. I do my best to live in gratitude and go with the flow of the day. Thank you for being here today. Thank you for sharing your love with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Pain

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) feel my soul is enriched with each experience it encounters, relationship it enters into and story it hears. When I experience physical or emotional discomfort I breathe deeply, remind myself that this too shall pass and listen to the pain so that I can understand where it is coming from to feel if there is anything to do about it or if it is just an old fear seeing if it can trigger me into some emotional roller coaster for an instant or an hour. I then soothe myself with affirmations, a conversation with a trusted friend or a walk in nature connecting to source energy and I feel renewed, calm and connected to my heart. I allow the pain and the joy of the world to flow through me as a river flows into the sea, knowing that all is well in my world. I am calmness.

Today I am grateful for the discomfort that sometimes accompanies being on the physical plane as it is all part of my earthly experience, for the amazing friends I have in my life that live in many countries of the world, sharing their stories with me and for the opportunity to deeply listen with my entire being to their stories for the nuggets of wisdom they share with me, through their body language, vibrations, tone of voice and timber. To feel heard, is the gift I hope to give each person who speaks to me. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for sharing your pain with me. I Love You. ♥

Affirmation, Gratitude and Relationships

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am only as healthy as the people I hang out with. I realize that when I surround myself with healthy, emotionally responsible and compassionate people I feel light, bright and supported. I am patient when I meet new people. I observe how the people in my life treat the friends, family members, strangers and animals that cross their paths and take note each time they are helpful, calm and kind. I spend time being a supportive community member that is known for lending a hand, an ear or a hug. I invest my love in the community in the hopes of growing flowers of compassion, heart felt connections and fill my spiritual bank account with kind hearted deeds. My goal is to be giving as the sun in the hopes of recharging the hearts of my earthly brothers and sisters inspiring them to love themselves and life itself, unconditionally. I am a stand for love.

Today I am grateful for the opportunity to improve my interpersonal relationships with everyone I meet by reading self help books, practicing the techniques the books suggest and opening my heart to the people who cross my path, for getting to connect to one of my Happiness Is Healthy pilot project people last Friday afternoon, as her daughter is in hospital in Vancouver so we had a Skype call in a conference room of the hospital it was lovely to look into the eyes of my friend and her daughter and I feel even more connected to her as I write her personalized affirmations to bring her comfort during her daughter’s long hospital stay and for the opportunity I am creating of sharing my joy for living with every being I meet every moment of the day. Thank you for joining me here today. Thank you for sharing your delightful stories with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Eating watermelon in the summer brings up memories of every summer. :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Sunrise

Today’s Affirmation; I Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) spend this day looking at my thoughts, actions and feelings to evaluate what is adding value to my life and I expand all the positive aspects that fill my days. I am the only person responsible for making this a good day for me. The best way for me to enjoy my life is to live in a community that is supportive, caring and cooperative. To help facilitate a cooperative community I contribute my time, energy and thoughts to the people I share the planet with. I help create a sustainable world by voting with my dollars, buying bio-diesel for our car, purchasing local and organic produce and focusing on that which I want to create. I am the change I want to see in the world.

Today I am grateful for the beautiful sunrise I witnessed moments ago the pink, greys and bright whites dazzled my vision and warmed my spirits, for the ability to responsibly speak my emotions in a calm, caring and compassionate way that inspires the listener to be open to new ways to solve the issues in my life and for getting a reputation for “bringing light where ever I go” as that is what a client told me as to why she is choosing to work with me, I was gratitude dancing after that comment as I felt heard, acknowledged and appreciated. Thank you for being here today. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Nettles

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie (insert your name here if you like) choose to make decisions in my best interest and the best interest of my the people in my life as when the people in my life are happy then I am happy and when the people in my life are uncomfortable than I too have little comfort. I allow my heart to guide me and help me to bring a sense of calm to me that I am able to share with everyone I meet. I realize that my thoughts and perspectives create my reality so today I focus on that which I am creating, on that which I am grateful for having and on my connections with the people in my life. As my life is only as good as the heartfelt connections I have with others. I choose to see the people in my life through the eyes of patience, kindness and collaboration. I am visualizing my connections being peaceful, caring and cooperative. Thank you for joining me here today. Thank you for sharing your warm wishes with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Today I am grateful for making it an entire week without dairy, gluten or eggs and the rash on my rib cage is gone and the rash on each bicep is almost gone and no more itching, I love caring for my body through proper nutrition, for nettles growing so near our home that yesterday we took a walk through a forrest path for about 15 minutes, found the nettles exactly where they were last year, cut a bunch down with a pair of scissors, brought them home and made cold Gazpacho soup from the fresh nettles, onions, garlic, celery, turmeric, Real Salt (from Redmond Utah), and an avocado it was so good, and for the big, vibrant, yellow skunk cabbage that blossoms in the swamps around the area I was raised and also blossoms where I live now, even in my yard, that always reminds me of my mom’s mom my Grandma Ruth, so today I honour my Grandma Ruth’s love of this giant, stinky, brilliant flower, that my grandma took hundreds of photographs every spring and her unconditional love of me. I always love you Grandma Ruth. Thank you for the time you spend with me today. Thank you for sharing your hope with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

I love the reminders I get through nature of the people in my life I love. :~)

My grandma Ruth use to love taking pictures of this plant the Skunk Cabbage that guess what smells like a skunk! :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and A Haircut

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) believe that even though there is great sorrow on the physical plane that there is also great joy and passion. I have discovered that my emotional pain is related to my perspective on the pain. I can choose to joyfully tolerate the physical discomforts of this world with the knowing that this too shall pass. I have practiced for decades the attitude to be grateful for every event, every person and every situation in my life and my whole being relaxes. I realize that there are going to be some days that for many reason are a bit tougher than others so I make them easier by focusing on all I have to be thankful for in the moment and I feel lighter and more in touch with source energy. I bravely love the tough days and the easy days as I need a little fertilizer just like the garden does to grow strong, healthy and vibrant. Thank you for the moments you are here today. Thank you for sharing your emotional vibrations with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Today I am grateful for my new hair cut yesterday and the loving connection we have with this talented and deep listening hair artist Nicole CalDee Collingridge and here is a link to her website http://nicoleandco.com/index2.php#/home/, for getting braver at sharing my dream of happiness with everyone I meet and finding new ways to share my joy and for getting to go to Dallas Rd. in Victoria, BC and just sit and watch the water of the Salish Sea writhing under the force of the wind observing the paragliders enjoying the wind and watching the dogs and their owners frolicking in the wind. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for sharing your adventure with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Patience

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) believe that patience is a skill that can be honed just as playing the piano is a learnable skill. To be the happiest person on the planet is my goal. I also believe that happiness is a teachable concept. As happiness is created in my being by thinking thoughts that give me hope, speaking about me as a worthy person and realizing that I am spiritual being having a human experience. I also believe that I can tame my emotional self so that when I have a feeling I can then decide what I choose to do with my feeling; I could act on my emotion in the instant or I can take a few deep breaths to slow my thoughts, heart and actions so that I respond to my emotions with forethought and compassion. My favourite thing to do with my emotions is to pay attention to them, listen to them and act in the best interests of all concerned.

Today I am grateful for the opportunity to share and practice the concepts taught in Compassionate Communication by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg http://www.cnvc.org/, as I believe that my behaviours, actions, thoughts, words and attitudes effect each and every aspect of my life, for getting to reap the benefits of the goodwill and smiles from my community because of my commitment to practicing being kind, considerate, cooperative and joyful and for a wonderful comment I got on my HappinessHeal blog on WordPress this morning, where I post this gratitude and an affirmation too, as I felt heard on my blog! Gratitude Dance. :~) ♥
