Affirmation, Gratitude and Sunday

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am enjoying the process of learning to love myself. I have found parts of my emotional self that I love to hang out with love, joy, acceptance, patience and helpfulness and then there are some old fears that try to come and visit me like death, loss and loneliness. When I feel the fears I comfort them like I would, if my best friend was having theses emotions instead of me. I soothe my spirit with kind words, encouraging statements and helpful solutions that allow me to feel safe, secure and grounded. I comfort myself with the knowledge that I am a spiritual being having a human experience, which makes me finite and infinite at the same time, so I choose to explore my infinite self by being loving and emulating the sun by sharing my energy freely knowing that I am always taken care of, just as the flowers are.
Today I am grateful for a relaxing Sunday, getting to spend the day with Robert hanging out in Cowichan Bay on the docks in the sunshine, eating some fresh cut french fries at the Rock Cod Cafe, stopping by Tangerine Dream Art Gallery and Studio and getting to smell the bread made at True Grain Bakery, for getting our kitchen cleaned up twice yesterday, once to prepare the kitchen for Robert as he made us some yummy raw crackers and then after he finished making the crackers so we would wake up today to a clean kitchen and for getting to create a new web site for Robert’s art with Zuk Design and they shall help me get the web site going for Happiness Is Healthy too! Woo Hoo!  Thank you for exploring happiness with me. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirits with me. I Love You. ♥ :~) This is the first photo ever taken of Robert and I. ♥
