Affirmation, Gratitude and Sun

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) spend the day thinking about all the amazing and life changing thoughts, ideas and beliefs I have received by reading books, written by the people who have come before me that have done there best to make sense of the human condition. The books and authors that feed my soul the most are the ones that empower me to be responsible for my situation, give me ways to conquer my fears and inspire me to believe in the goodness that is me. I do my best to follow the advice in the books I read that make sense to me. I focus on the good in my days, I am kind and helpful to the people who cross my path, I listen to my heart to see what feels right, I embrace the changes I need to make to succeed and I follow my dream to cheer up the planet everywhere it leads me.

Today I am grateful for getting to wash the windows last Saturday at the new “Inspire Shawnigan Art Gallery and Community Gathering” space as Robert Cerins art is filling up the gallery for the first art show there, this Friday March 15th at 6:30pm, new address is #3, 1760 Shawnigan Mill Bay Road. (Across the street from Shawnigan Coffee House and Oma’s Bakery) https://www.facebook.com/InspireShawnigan?fref=ts, for getting to have a sunny Saturday to witness it is always wonderful to have the sun shining as I awaken in the morning and for getting to have a Master Mind group today with Sarah WilsonSandra Mooreand Robert this afternoon to stay focused on how to share our messages of self love, art and healing. Thank you for being here. Thank you for sharing your perfectly human emotions with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

An image with the words I Love Sunny Days. The image is of a still life, landscape and musical piece all rolled into one the colours are vibrant, bright in the colours of yellows, reds, blues, and greens.

Having the sun come out on the West coast is heavenly. :~) Another beauty by Robert
