Affirmation, Gratitude and Gifts

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am in a self created journey of spiritual olympics every day. I exercise my emotional muscles in my daily activities by exercising patience as I wait at the stop light, witness people driving in ways that create fear in me or when someone is expressing their disappointment in my behaviour. I exercise my emotional muscle of love by being witness to the actions of the people who cross my path with an open heart and mind. I exercise my muscles of kindness by listening to the people in life with 100% attention to their words, body language and tone of voice. I choose to be witness to my emotions so that I am responding to life in a manner that is life affirming and joyous.

Today I am grateful for finding out once again how amazing Oil of Oregano is, as a reflexology client of mine that had a planters wart on her foot who took my suggestion of using the Oil of Oregano on the wart and now just two months later the planters wart that had been there for years is totally gone (Gratitude Dance), for being open to share my gifts for relieving soreness, discomfort and distress through reflexology, energy healing and deep empathic listening and for being aware of my thoughts and emotional state in the moment so that I may respond to life. Thank you for your time. Thank you for sharing your gifts with me. I Love You. :~) ♥
