Affirmation, Gratitude and Consciousness

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) pay attention to the details every day. “It is free to pay attention” is one of my sayings as I learn from the people in my life, the experiences I have and the decisions I make. I am in charge of my earthly journey so I choose to take my journey with a smile on my face, a dream in my heart, a skip in my step, knowing that my attitude is what turns opportunities to me and opens the doors to my dreams. I embrace my challenges as gifts, for me to grow into my most empowered self, because when I create a new habit or learn a new skill I feel smart, strong and capable. I love being the master of my emotions, embracing each emotion, listening to each emotion and honouring each emotion for the treasures they are so that when you feel my emotions they are refined, relaxed and rational. I express my emotions with forethought, kindness and calmness so that I am easy on the ears of my listeners. Thank you for listening to me today. Thank you for sharing your story with me. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for being able to share my life’s experiences with the people who cross my path so that they feel understood, accepted, respected and valued, for understanding that everyone has emotional baggage weighing on their heart, so I choose to tread lightly, listen for the emotions behind the words they speak and do my best to answer with compassion, kindness and consciousness, and for knowing in my heart that I am connected to you and every person ever incarnated because I am 99.9% the same as you, my blood is red and so is yours, I am gonna die and so are you and I am alive right now, able to change me and effect consciousness with my every thought, emotion and action, so today I emote love, I think kindly and I act calmly. Thank you for listening to me today. Thank you for sharing your story with me. I Love You.  :~)
