Affirmation, Gratitude and Consciousness

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) realize that to be happy, healthy and helpful, I must first understand what my gifts are, how I could best contribute my skills for the betterment of all hearts and to believe that I have something worth while to share. I must possess love in my heart so that I have love to share. I bring an attitude of gratitude to every challenge, remember my past successes to bolster my courage and visualize a positive out come of the events of my day. To have an abundant life I know I must feel abundant, juicy and productive. I trust that by creating a vibration of compassion in my being, I am creating a pulsation of compassion for every molecule of consciousness to absorb. I take seriously the idea that my thoughts create my reality, so I guide my thoughts continually to be constructive, productive and compassionate so that I am able to enjoy the moments of my life.
Today I am grateful that this weekend I get to see Julie Keller CollisonTony CollisonAlly Collison, Ryan Henry Ward, and Dave Conrardyhopefully as then we shall be connecting with friends old and new, for getting to see the Garfield Street Sketch that Robert Cerinscreated for the yearly Garfield Street Fair 2013 on a large banner, that we get to see this weekend for the first time, that children shall get to paint on this Saturday at the Street Fair and for the heart felt feedback I am receiving for my affirmations I write as I feel that I am meeting my goal of cheering up the planet. Gratitude Dance. Thank you for spending a few moments of your day with me. Thank you for sharing your humour with me.  :~)
