Affirmation, Gratitude and Elders

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) know that the only aspect I have any control over is my powerful emotional self. So today I actively engage my emotions to serve me, encourage me and propel me to be my kindest self. I just told my emotional self that my wise spiritual self is now in charge of my heart. So I embrace my emotions if I am an intuitive elder, mentoring a child and I patiently remind myself that all is well, I bring to my mind images of gratitude for my breath, my toes, my fingers, my sight, my hearing, I actually heard fall the other day, as I was helping a friend in the yard, it was a quiet day and it seemed as if I heard applause, however it was just the leaves falling with gratitude for another successful growing season to nourish the ground, completing the cycle of life. I too am here in the cycle of life, spiraling around the Galaxy on Space Ship Earth, in awe of your beauty. Thank you for joining me in joy today. Thank you for sharing your stunning emotions with me. I Love You. :~)
Today I am grateful for a my new found ability to speak my truth, share my emotional self and still manage to keep my relationships in tact, for realizing that my words are powerful carriers of emotion so before I open my mouth to speak I check in first with my heart to make sure the words coming forth from me shall be kind and for understanding that to experience joy, beauty or bliss I must create the emotions of joy, kindness or awe in my spirit first and then like a radio receiver I am filled with the vibration of unconditional love. Thank you for broadcasting bliss today, I feel it. Thank you for sharing your day with me. I Love You. :~)
