Affirmation, Gratitude and A Harsch Gartopf Crock

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) bravely get ready to have a tooth pulled this morning. I understand that my body is a temporary home for my spirit and that my body shall change throughout my life time, in exciting and wondrous ways that sometimes brings joy and sometimes brings fear. I embrace the emotional pendulum of being alive with the courage of a mountain climber and I am exhilarated each time a fearful feeling arises in my heart, comforting myself with the wisdom of the elders that have come before me. I allow love to fill every cell of my body and I feel safe. I am capable of comforting my childish heart with the compassion of a mother and I see my fears as the tiny grains of sand, my problems really are. I am a conscious co-creator of my world so I take responsibility for my emotional vibration and I feel confident. Thank you for the time you joined me today. Thank you for bring your fears to your wise and confident heart. I Love You. :~)
Today I am grateful for having 30 litres of sauerkraut brewing created from local organic cabbage grown by Alderlea Farm and Makaria Farm that is going to fuel my tummy with natural probiotics, for getting to open a crock of sauerkraut that had been brewing for one month already that is so tasty that even my father-in-law said it was good, Woo Hoo and for having the first cold sore in my life right now as I am gaining much compassion for all the people in my life, who have had cold sores and learning about how to heal them through the herbs of our grandmothers.  Thank you for being my loving audience today.  Thank you for sharing your dreams with me.  I Love You.  ❤  :~)

We love helping our gut flora with natural fermentation. Raw food rules. :~)
