Affirmation, Gratitude and Sameness

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) today focus on how every being on the planet has blood in their veins, a heart that beats and they feel better when appreciated. I am 99.9% the same as every person on the planet, 99% the same as Bonobo Chimps and 50% the same as a banana. With this knowledge in mind I go forth today armed with patience, unconditional love and calmness. I choose to be gentle with life. I live from a place of appreciation for everything. I appreciate the rain for it fills the cells of my body. I appreciate the sun for it grows my food. I appreciate the anger that needs to be soothed and accepted. I appreciate the time it takes to accomplish my goals as it is the journey that makes the best stories.

Today I am grateful for getting to have two new clients for my Reflexology/Reiki session (I am looking forward to it as I am getting to help a married couple today, they both want a session) as the ad I put in a local paper is creating interest in my services, for remembering to thank people for referrals they send my way because staying in contact with my current clients warms their hearts, shows my appreciation and keeps me in contact with people I care about and for being proactive in my health care which means when I had a clicking noise in my knee when I go up the stairs I ask my trusted friend Carolyn Boas who is an athletic trainer what I ought to do, she gave me some exercises to do to strengthen my legs muscles I am doing what I was told and I feel my legs and knees getting stronger. I love that my body is capable of healing itself. Thank you for being proactive in caring for your wonderful self.  Thank you for your collective wisdom that helps me stay healthy. I Love You.  :~)

It is always good to follow my creative muse and test new ideas. :~)
