Affirmation, Gratitude and Feeling Supported

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love to read books that inspire me to believe that I am able to respond to my emotions and the emotions of others with compassion, patience and joy. I invest my time and energy into learning to be patient. I spend time thinking of ways to approve of me. I give myself a break and realize that everything is unfolding as it is supposed to for me and everyone I know. I practice enjoying the journey today as I set up my new computer, patiently load the programs and get everything to my liking and start writing again. I am so grateful to be alive and healthy today. Thank you for caring for your sacred body temple. Thank you for caring for your community as the whole universe feels good when you do. I Love YOU! :~)

Today I am grateful for giving myself permission to care for me as if I was my best friend or husband, for taking the time to listen to what I need to do to keep me connected to source energy, which sometimes means withdrawing into audiobooks and conversations with supportive friends and for having a supportive husband Robert Cerins who said for my 50th Birthday we ought to get me a new laptop since this is the year I am dedicating to becoming an author that is enjoyed by her audience, well paid and content, so I am now blessed to be writing to you from my new Mac. Thank you for being here and befriending yourself today. I Love You. :~)

Spending my Birthday with Sarah Wilson

I also want to say a huge “Thank You” to everyone for all the love, support, kind words and thoughts, prayers, messages and more that have been sent our way in the last few weeks since the passing of our twin girls

We feel so blessed to feel the support and kindness of so many people on this unexpected journey… Overall we are all doing well as we integrate this life-changing experience… Our daughter Oria especially is doing great…she is so accepting of the situation, so innocent…she just gets on with life and is a great inspiration/motivation for me personally to keep moving forwards too…

Another thing that has been helping me a lot to process grief is…
