Affirmation, Gratitude and Practice

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a chance today to practice all I have read about how to be mindful. I shall take many deep breaths if I feel stressed, as deep breathing is reported to ease tension. When I am tired I shall rest so that I am being gentle with me. I practice putting my needs first so that I trust I matter to me. I nourish my heart with friends that listen to me. I share my heart, my experiences and my mistakes so that others know that I care for them. I allow myself to be open to all the emotions of life so that I know I am living, experiencing and allowing life to unfold before me. I repeat words that inspire me to feel safe like; I am worthy. Every cell of my body is filled to the brim with love. I am enough. I am likeable. I am capable. The more kind words I speak to me the better I feel and the experiences that come up in my life are easier to bear. Thank you for enjoying the process of life. Thank you for bravely listening to your emotions. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for my ability to choose what to eat so that my body feels it’s best, as when I eat wheat and dairy I then get eczema on both my hands, then I stop eating the wheat and dairy my hands get totally smooth and soft once again, for my bodies innate ability to heal itself from injury, disease and grief as the best gift I am able to give me is the gift of believing that all is well in my world, that I am exactly where I am supposed to be at all times and that I am safe and for my capacity to change any aspects of me, my diet, my habits and my thoughts so that I condition myself to be content in life daily. Thank you for focusing on the good in your life. Thank you for sharing a moment of your time with me. I Love You. :~)

Young Thai Coconuts look like the brain as coconuts are good for our brains. ❤
