Affirmation, Gratitude and Acceptance of Self

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have decided that I am enough. I am worthy. I am abundant. I am perfectly imperfect and I am good with who I am. The more I am able to accept me, my flaws, my good points and all the cells of my being the more I am able to accept the people who cross my path just as they are increasing my chances of happiness and the release of the sweet oxytocin. The more oxytocin that I can get to flow in my body the better I feel. So today I smile, hug a friend, repeat words of encouragement to my heart and be gentle with me so that my whole body is filled with oxytocin creating in my soul peace. Thank you for creating oxytocin for your body today. Thank you for being open to love. I Love YOU.  :~)

Today I am grateful for my ability to adapt my diet so that my body is nourished in the best possible ways, for understanding I was raised to eat so that my tongue was happy but the rest of my body was not so pleased and for that, on the 4th of July I chopped up 50 pounds of cabbage, a few onions and some garlic that turned into 25 litres of life giving probiotics called sauerkraut a time tested food that promotes life. Thank you for eating for your whole being. Thank you for being kind to you. I love you.  :~)
