Affirmation, Gratitude and Choices

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to be peaceful today. I hope to create more contentment in the world today be being content with the life I have created today. I make peace with my messes. I see the people in my life in new ways. I have decided that everything that happens today is for my best. I desire calmness so I take actions that create caring in my life. I select thoughts, feelings and actions that increase my awareness of where the other people in my life are, what they are going through and do my best to feel what it would be like to be them. The more I see the similarities that I have in common with the people I meet the more connected and calm I feel. I realize that I am the same as everyone it is just the perceptions I create that allow me to live in peace on earth. Thank you for perceiving a peaceful world for yourself today. Thank you for sharing a part of your day with me. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for the possibilities created each time I choose to be happy before being right, when I choose to be happy I am easier to get along with, I enjoy what I am doing and I see all people through a filter of compassion, for trusting that I am doing the right thing for me when my heart, mind and body all agree, which creates in me a feeling of excitement, adventure and contentment all at the same time and for the practice I have created of making a good story up of all the events of my day so that when I remember what happened the feelings I am surrounded by are nourishing to every cell in my body. I change my perception to create peace in my life. Thank you for nourishing your self with positive perceptions. Thank you for spending a few of your moments with me. I Love You. :~)

Carousel of Life is a painting created by Robert Cerins that reminds me that life is a cycle of learning how to give and receive love.
