Affirmation, Gratitude and Enjoying Life

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am delighted to play the game of life today. I plan on showing up with a smile on my face in all I do today. I embrace everything that comes my way today as perfect. When I receive my bills, I am grateful for the services I receive from the companies that bill me and rejoice I am able to Facebook another day or talk on the phone. When I get the bill in the mail for crossing the toll bridge in Vancouver I jump for joy at the new stores we get to market Robert Cerins earrings on the trip and joyfully write the check. When someone speaks to me of mistakes I have made or good deeds I have done, I trust I always did my best. The more I trust life the happier I feel. So today I show up with my attitude of gratitude to see what opportunities life holds for me today. Thank you for embracing life today. Thank you for your precious time. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for my ability to learn and grow, as for the last few months I have recommitted to my meditation practice of 20 minutes every weekday morning, which is increasing my capacity to listen to my heart and that encourages me to be more peaceful inside, for knowing that my physical health increases when I make choices about what I eat that are health giving, in order to feel my best I eat lots of greens, high quality sustainably grown protein and the cleanest water I can find and for trusting in my bodies proficiency in healing itself when I am kind and compassionate to me. Thank you for being compassionate to yourself today. Thank you for making healthy food choices today. I Love You.  :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and The Unified Field

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have the opportunity today to contribute kindness to the Unified Field. The best ways I have found to be kind are:

1. to watch my thoughts as my thoughts create my feelings, then my feelings create my actions, then my thoughts, feelings and actions effect everyone in the world especially my friends, my family and the Unified Field.
2. when I find my thoughts to be grumpy I listen to their pain with the knowing that pain listened to lessens, then I am better able to cope with the issues at hand.
3. To lend a helping hand, accept that everyone is imperfect, then my expectations are lessened which increases my level of calmness and joy.
4. to smile at everyone I meet because when I smile I am creating hormones in my body that fill me with comfort and on occasion when someone smiles back at me I know their bodies are filling with life giving hormones too.
5. to practice enjoying everything I do so that everymoment of my life feels like a vacation is my goal.
Thank you for enjoying everything you do today. Thank you for allowing joy to enter your heart and expand. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for the smell of dehydrating buckwheat crackers that Robert Cerins and I made last night, the crackers will be raw when done, full of live enzymes to nourish the bodies that eat them, for the feedback I am receiving from the Universe that I am right where I am supposed to be, with my healing business growing, the earring business growing, my personal growth expanding and my relationships strengthening and for how positively my body responds when I nurture my physical being with whole foods, leaving the grains alone as grains are for grazers, making sure the relationships I have encourage me to become my most loving self and allowing myself to be gentle with me as I travel the earth with an open heart. Thank you for bravely opening your heart today. Thank you for embracing the pain as well as the pleasure. I Love You.  :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Going The Extra Mile

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to apply the spiritual principle of going the extra mile so that all the tasks I take on today are completed to the best of my ability. When I do my best at each action I take, my whole being is involved and I feel alive. The more I put my heart into each movement made, every word spoken and each thought I think the more connected I feel to all people and situations. When I care about what I am doing I pay attention to what is going on which makes all my work easier. Going the extra mile make my work more fun as all the time I am busy I am imagining the people I am caring for feeling my caring and then my days are worth while. I incarnated to inspire health and happiness in myself and others, which is why I love to go the extra mile. Thank you for going the extra mile today in all you create. Thank you for enjoying all you do today. I Love You.

Today I am grateful for the spot on planet earth I have chosen to reside right now, as yesterday while in Cowichan Bay, BC I could hear the sea lions talking, however to my ears their talking sounds more like fancy dogs barking, for the giant beautiful bald eagle that gracefully glided only 20 feet above our car as we drove to Susan Murray’s home in Maple Bay, BC yesterday and for the smells that surround me, sometimes it is the forest that fills my nose with moist mossy air, other times it is the sea with its salty smell that wafts up my nostrils and tickles my brain with delight and most of the time my nose is filled with the smell of the horse apples, because my home is surrounded by five horses, which is a familiar smell from my childhood as I was blessed to have a horse as a child. Thank you for appreciating the area you live in today. Thank you for appreciating yourself today too. I Love and Appreciate YOU.

Affirmation, Gratitude and Creating

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have the ability to be a creator of the world every day. Today I want to create calmness in my heart so that there is calmness in the unified field for every heart to draw from. I take actions that bring me a sense of security, I am helpful to the people in my life which inspires in my heart, the feeling that I shall be taken care of when I am in need. I listen to the hearts of the people who are speaking to me in the hopes that they feel heard to the core of their being, as I desire that everyone on the planet feels heard, I want to infuse the unified field with listening too. I understand that the energy I exude comes back to me, so I do my best to fill every cell of my body with love that radiates out to all hearts, so that all hearts have a loving unified field to nourish their spirits. Thank you for exuding calmness today. Thank you for loving yourself just the way you are today. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for my husband Robert Cerins making bright, vibrant, colourful and delightful earrings to bring joy to the ladies that wear earrings, we are a part of our local Duncan Farmers Market, where we have a booth, where I get to sell the earrings and we also have about 27 retail stores that sell the earrings for us too, for getting to be a part of a family business as I am getting to assemble the earrings, make the earring cards and do the paper work, and for my dream coming true of having a partner that I can help, that is also capable of helping me, where we pull the cart that is our life together, communicating, cooperating and caring about what each other wants and needs. Thank you for cooperating with the people in your life. Thank you for sharing your needs with the people who love you. I Love You.  :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Making Love

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am inspired to be kindhearted and caring today so that I am spreading the love the Universe created me from. I guess that is why humans are mostly created when people are “making love” as the connection of the heart, mind and spirit between us, is best when unconditional love is present. So when we make a new person, we are in a sense making love as the new person is going to be capable of exuding love! So I just realized that the term Making Love has just changed meanings for me. I feel I can make love in lots of my actions, by acting from the energy of unconditional love with an Attitude of Gratitude. Thank you for exuding love and gratitude today. Thank you for appreciating all you are today. I Love You!

Today I am grateful for Kirk Lyle Smith posting these lovely words about the sauerkraut I create for the rebuilding of our gut flora; “‘Heaven in a jar’! Stephanie Cerins makes the best sauerkraut/kimchi I’ve ever tasted. Her current blessing is Tumeric-garlic-cabbage. What an amazing crunchy, spicy combination that goes well with everything! Haven’t tried it with ice cream yet, but who knows. It really is the best. If my latest crock is half as good, I’ll be thrilled!”, for embracing the tried and trusted methods of our great, great, great grandmothers for creating health and wellness such as; the making and eating of sauerkraut, eating your vegetables, going to bed early, speaking your truth sweetly and being patient just as a start and for getting wiser with age, for me getting old is a privilege that I hope to explore for decades, as my father passed away at 39 every year since I have turned 39 has been a gift I have enjoyed more each year.
