Affirmation, Gratitude and Spiritual Growth

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) empower myself daily by reading words other enlightened beings have written to inspire me. How cool to think that Deepak Chopra, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Napoleon Hill, Raymond Holliwell, Louise Hay, Thich Nhat Hanh, M. Scott Peck, James Redfield and many more spent time writing their life’s experiences and wisdom down so that I can grow in my spiritual life as well as my physical life. The more I am able to put ideas into practice like, taking myself lightly, taking one moment at I time, allowing the good to come to me, accepting that I am worthy of all good things the better I feel and the more I am vibrating love, then the Universe is able to answer my loving vibration, with it’s own loving vibration coming right back at me. It is times when I am vibrating love that it is east to manifest exactly what I have been dreaming of. Thank you for vibrating love today. Thank you for receiving the love the Universe is Vibrating to you. I Love You. heart emoticon :~)

Today I am grateful for my body, the health that has been my blessing to get to enhance daily since I realized how I treat my body definitely effects the joy I have in my days, the more I eat vegetables, protein and drink water the stronger I feel, for the understanding that being happy is a goal I must renew every day, that being happy is the reward of honing my perceptions to see the events of each day as just how they ought to be, the ability to be content with what is and for practicing the art of allowing, the more accepting I am of what I do and what other people do the more tranquil are my days. Thank you for nurturing acceptance in your heart today. Thank you for bravely looking at your life today. I Love You. heart emoticon :~)
