Affirmation, Gratitude and My Needs

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to appreciate me today. I have spent my whole life making decisions while doing my best to consider the needs of the people in my life. Starting today, when I make decisions I put my needs and wants first. I listen to my heart, when making the desires of my heart my highest priority. It is up to me to stand up for what I want. It is up to me to express my needs and then make sure my needs are being met by the people in my life. I am responsible for my needs being met. I am in charge of how I want to treat myself and others which is with kindness first and foremost. I am as important as everyone else in my life. I am worthy. I repeat encouraging words to myself and I feel inspired. Thank you for meeting your needs today. Thank you for expressing yourself honestly today. I Love You.   :~)

an image with a sea green background and an interesting image in the centre of the image that is abstract and rectangle in shape with the words in black over the top that say 'It's not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, & to make your happiness a priority. It's Necessary. :~)

I practice making my happiness my priority today. I Love Me. :~)

Today I am grateful for being outside yesterday and getting a bunch of sun, maybe even getting a little burnt on the shoulders but is sure felt yummy being out in the sun all day making the raspberry patch look all organized by removing all the dead raspberry canes, for Shea butter that I rubbed on my face and arms to nourish my skin while it was out in the sun all day and for my trusted Renu 28 from Asea at http://aseaglobal.com/ as when I got home my face and arms were a bit sun burnt so then I applied the Renu 28 to the sun burnt areas of my skin and the sun burn is already turning to a tan and my skin feels renewed. Thank you for being grateful for one aspect in your life today. Thank you for being here with me today. I Love You.   :~)
