Affirmation, Gratitude and Resilience

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) increase my powers of resilience by being detached about the outcomes of events out of my control. I keep my mind focused on what I am capable of doing like keeping a good attitude, taking small actions that create in my heart a feeling of accomplishment, trusting that what ever happens will be for my best, realizing that my life is always changing, so if there is anything in my life making me uncomfortable, remembering the phrase This Too Shall Pass brings me comfort. Exercising my muscles of resilience with the small issues of my day like getting a phone bill with an extra $80.00 worth of phone charges, then patiently calling the phone company, calmly explaining my situation over and over again until I get connected to the manager who can fix the issue as the phone number the phone company was billing me for was not even in service, then low and behold the charges were removed from my bill and then a feeling of success washes over me because I stood up for myself calmly and held my ground. By practicing skills of resilience in small situations it bolsters my confidence in more personal situations. Thank you for the moments you were here today. Thank you for being resilient today. I Love You.  :~)

Persistence and Resilience are two of the most powerful allies on the road to success and self mastery. :~)

Today I am grateful for receiving a new crystalline pottery platter created by our talented friend Chip Nary, it is a blessing to have received such a gift, for caring for his home and his puppy Conrad, for completing my first month of five day a week blogging and vlogging so that my goal of cheering up the planet is on track, the benefit of committing to do the vlog is it has ignited my writing once again so I am excited about that and for the opportunities that are coming my way through the Cowichan Intercultural Society and an Inclusive Leadership Program where I will get to share my passion for affirmations, resilience, willingness, self-appreciation and being of useful service, it is a blessing also to now have a title for the sessions I will be sharing “Connecting With Heart”. Thank you for being here with me today. Thank you for following your heart!  I Love YOU.  :~)
