Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have an opportunity to improve myself every day by thinking thoughts that instill in my mind, body and spirit that I am enough. It is within my power to encourage my heart with words that soothe my savage beast. Phrases that I repeat when I am feeling out of sorts are; Every cell of my body is running over with love. My earthly journey is worth enjoying. It is my choice to be ok with how everyone else chooses to live. I am enough even while I am sleeping. Some Universal Energy started my heart to beat and the heart of every other soul on this planet so I trust that my journey is taking me to the perfect places for my souls highest growth and everyone else is also on their perfect soul path. Thank you for joining me on the path to creating happiness from the inside out. I Love YOU. :~)

Today I am grateful for youtube as when I need to learn a new back strengthening exercise my fingers type in back strengthening exercises and then in a few seconds there before my eyes are many videos for me to help me to fortify my lower back and entire body, for the gift that Skype is as once a week it is my pleasure to get to see and hear my mom even though she is hundreds of miles away, it is like we are having a tea together across the kitchen table and for the wonderful time we had at the Charles Dickens Christmas Craft Fair in Courtenay, BC, where I cheered up people in my bright red swirly Christmas hat and Robert Cerins was dressed as Father Christmas once again putting smiles on the faces of the people who witnessed our antics. Thank you for bringing me cheer by being here. Thank you for caring for your body temple today. I Love YOU. ❤ :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Sameness

Here is Vlog #41 where I read the words below, may you find joy, laughter and confidence.

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to direct my attention to everything I have in common with each person I meet. Every person on this planet is 99.9% the same as me, so all people are truly related to me! My heart swells with energy each time I connect with the heart of another human being. So today I make a conscious effort to connect with the hearts of the people who cross my path, by wearing colourful clothing, smiling, being patient when I am standing in line, witnessing every single human soul I meet today as a small child just wanting to be loved, creates in my heart a compassionate perspective from which to go about my day. How do you create compassion in your heart to share? Thank you for savouring the moments of your life today. I Love YOU.  ❤  :~)

Today I am grateful that my back is on the mend once again, it seems the issue my back is having is related to my menstrual cycle so that is making my life much more interesting and keeping my focus, on keeping up with the self care, of morning exercise as I took two mornings off and my back pain returned, LOL LOL LOL Self Care Rules! For trusting that by paying attention to my body, my emotions, the amount of rest my being is receiving, the choices that fill my grocery cart and the thoughts my mind repeats, that I will be rewarded with continuing good health, just by being present and for acknowledging the successes that have brought me to where I am today, so that more often than not I find my self in a state of appreciation. Affirmation, Gratitude and A Rainy Farmers Market

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have an opportunity to enjoy this day and everything I do. Since my goal daily is to be happy today I am going to enjoy being rained on at the Duncan Farmers Market. My mission is to be an example of being joyous at all times. Finding ways to make every single action I make start from an intention of being kind allows me to float through my days and enables me to sleep like a teenager at night. I believe that each person has the power to create a peaceful world by choosing to be peaceful. I shall do my best to add calm and caring energy to the Universal Energy Grid today by smiling and being helpful. It is exciting to visualize every person on the planet holding the intention of being calm at the same time sending a wave of unconditional love to the ends of the Universe touching every heart with compassion. Thank you for contributing to the amount of calmness in the world today by being serene. I Love You.  :~)

Going to the Duncan Farmers Market http://www.duncanfarmersmarket.ca/ is a highlight of my week as I get to market my husband’s stunning handpainted earrings and pendants to lovely people. :~)

Today I am grateful that my back is getting better faster this time than it ever has before as I am now 99% pain free, my mobility is back to normal and I am feeling fabulous once again, for getting to go to the Duncan Farmer’s Market today in the pouring rain, LOL, as we always connect with friends and we are getting a giant chicken for Thanksgiving Dinner this weekend as Robert Cerins father likes chicken more than turkey, as Robert’s dad was born in Latvia where there was no turkeys and for the yoga ball I sit on at my desk, as when my back is sore it is the only type of thing I am able to sit on, so hooray for the yoga ball, as it allows my body to relax and sit down at the same time, where sitting in a chair when my back hurts as it did Wednesday and Thursday was impossible. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for being thankful this holiday weekend. I Love YOU.  :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and A Sore Back

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) promise my body that I will start stretching and exercising five days a week from now on. The past few months have been busy and I let my physical health routine slid so now I am laying in the bed paying the price of not doing what I know is best for me to do. I love when my body feels strong and invigorated. I allow myself the time to exercise. I encourage myself with supportive words that spur me on to care for my sacred body temple. My thoughts are my greatest cheerleaders when I use my thoughts to bolster my resolve I feel motivated. When I feel motivated my body gets on the floor gently elongating my muscles with classic stretching moves. My muscles respond with suppleness and flexibility allowing me to move effortlessly. It empowers my heart that it is in my power to help my body thrive.  Thank you for nurturing your body today, it will thank you with good health.  :~)

Animals teach us to stretch every day, may I have learned my lesson to stretch for my health the way the animals intuitively do. :~)

Today I am grateful for all the backaches I have had before yesterday because yesterday morning I lifted an 18 litre bottle of water the first thing in the morning (something I do all the time lifting the bottle, usually not in the morning) and before I knew it my back was super sore and I spent all of yesterday laying in the bed, (the most frustrating part of the whole event was that I had told myself to go and get the water, the night before as my body is more ready for lifting in the night than in the early morning, but did I listen to me? NO! I waited until morning and am now paying for not listening to my inner voice) for knowing that stretching the muscles in my back when it is sore helps to relieve the soreness so that I am able to walk rigidly around the house and to the car so far today, Gratitude Dance and for Robert Cerins taking care of me yesterday and today while I have been wobbling around the house, laying like a lump in the bed generally being really chilled out all day.
