Today’s Affirmation; I, have an opportunity to effect my future in a positive way by thinking constructive thoughts right now and feeling emotions that create in my heart a feeling of comfort. My emotional well-being is in my capable hands. Each time I spend time appreciating something in my life I am aligning with Universal Energy. The more I invest time in holding onto thoughts that instill in my heart a sense of confidence the more alive the cells of my body feel. I allow calmness to flow into each cell of my body, with every breath I inhale. I am a creator of calmness and an enhancer of happiness.

Today I am grateful for having a 92 year old father-in-law that just bought a new car, as a few months ago he passed the physical to be able to drive for 2 more years, so it was time to get a new used car he got a 2005 VW Golf, for getting the oven pulled out and cleaned underneath, the walls around where the oven sits are washed, the outside of the stove is washed, woo hoo one big project off the list as I ready this home for sale and for having my second Happiness Enhancing Gathering on Tuesday, it makes my heart sing to hold space for helping people have more tools for creating inner joy.

Affirmation, Gratitude and Being Calm

Today’s Affirmation; I, have an opportunity today to contribute to world peace by being peaceful. I do my best to be calm today in all situations, so that at the end of the day I enjoy my behaviour. Being even-tempered is a skill I can hone. To hone my skill of being composed I pay attention to how I feel and the thoughts I am thinking. When I am attentive to my emotions I am able to respond to the events of my days with an overall sense of calmness. My emotions change all day long from calm to frustrated and everything in between. I embrace all my feelings as my friends and I feel empowered. I am able to emit a peaceful vibe by remaining relaxed. Thank you for being relaxed throughout your day today. Today’s Affirmation; I, give myself a chance today to rethink how I respond to the events of my life. My responses to the things that happen every day are what make my life worth living. So today I respond with forethought. I taste my words before I speak them to make sure they are sweet. I want my words to bring comfort to all who hear them. I exercise my emotional muscles so that I am patient in all trying situations. I get to choose how I respond, which is a gift I give myself and everyone in my life. The better I get at responding to the events of the day, instead of reacting to the events of my day, the more confidence I feel filling every cell of my body. Gratitude Dance, my heart leapt with joy when I saw her blog post, thank you Robert Cerins for letting me know about the blog post, for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner shared at Robert Cerins parents home last night with Pipi Tustian, Bob Tustian, Kayden Robert Tustian, Riley Tustian, Bob and Vija Cerins, we ate a yummy local ham from Yesteryear Farms, with all the fixings and for connecting with Melanie to get her the stuff she still wanted out of the home we are caring for and living in so that we can finish getting it cleaned and ready for sale.

Affirmation, Gratitude and Reflexology

Today’s Affirmation; I, have an opportunity today to create an income from actions that bring joy and comfort to my world. Each time I am productive, while the actions I am performing, when I am productive, bring me a sense of comfort I am healing my world. When the way I earn money brings joy and delight to the other people in my community my heart soars with gratitude. Being of useful service while at the same time caring for my monetary needs is why I have chosen the career path of being a Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Author. My goal is to cheer up the planet. Today I am grateful for getting to have an acupressure session with Isabelle Deschamps https://www.facebook.com/wellspringclinic/ as we have been bartering healing sessions with each other for the last three weeks one week she receives a reflexology/reiki session from me and then the next week I get to receive an acupressure session from her, it is a win/win situation for both of us, for getting to go and clean a friends home today who is having a party tomorrow as before I was a Reflexologist/Reiki Master, I cheered up the planet by cleaning homes for people and for sleeping 10 hours out of 12 last night, as I was tired so I went to bed at 7:00 woke up for a while at 9:00 then went to sleep again until 7:00 am and I feel rested and ready to be the best Happiness Enhancer that I can be.

Affirmation, Gratitude & Art Production

Today’s Affirmation; I, choose to cook myself a home made meal today. By cooking for myself with whole local foods I am providing my body the best nutrition possible. I allow myself to sit down at a nice table, eat my food slowly, savouring each bite so that I am able to taste all the subtle tastes of the whole foods I am dining on. I think about the farmer who grew my food, the grocery store employess who cared for my food until I bought it and the earth that nurtured my food as it sprouted from seed to plant. When I think about where my food comes from I realize that I am supported, cared for and necessary. Thank you for thinking about where your food came from today. Thank you for expressing your needs clearly. I Love YOU. :~)

Today I am grateful for getting to be home today to assemble earrings for most of the day, I love getting to work from home on Robert Cerins Original Earrings and my writing and healing practices, for having a supportive husband who is excited to see my writing dreams flourish, who helps me accomplish my goals and keeps me laughing, it is what I wanted in a partner, a best friend, a buddy and a co-creator of joy and for making a really yummy raspberry, coconut, gelatin dish flavoured with hibiscus and lemongrass teas with a touch of licorice for sweetness, I love to cook. Affirmation, Gratitude and Supporting Us

Today’s Affirmation; I, am starting to understand that my thoughts are things. My thoughts are the seeds to my emotions and actions. When I think thoughts that cause me to feel happy I get happy wrinkles. The more happy thoughts I think, the happier the wrinkles on my face get. I make thinking about my thoughts a priority today. I choose my thoughts carefully as my thoughts are creating my wrinkles. I choose to think that I am beautiful. I spending time thinking about the parts of my loved ones that I enjoy. I visualize my needs being met easily and my entire body relaxes and so do my wrinkles. My thoughts can be directed by me. I invest time thinking constructive thoughts and I feel safe. Today I am grateful for how the Happiness Enhancing Gathering went last night, everyone that was there said they would be back again next week, Gratitude Dance, we did some deep breathing, we shared from our hearts, we created heart centered personal connections and I wrote a personalized affirmation for each Happiness Enhancer
(a Happiness Enhancer is someone who is choosing to be present to their emotions and has a desire to direct their emotions in positive ways) that attended. We had rooibos tea and Kettle Chips, good conversations and a few laughs.
For getting the kitchen in the home we are living in a bit more organized so that when I walk in the kitchen now, it is sounding hollow or empty and looking organized almost zen, LOL,
And for how excited and alive I felt after the gathering last night we got home at 10:00pm my bed time and I was so energized that I was awake until 11:30 or so with lots of energy. I am still feeling the tingle this morning.

Affirmation, Gratitude and Peace

Today’s Affirmation; I, shall do my best to keep my thoughts, feelings and spirit in a calm and peaceful state today. I practice the art of deep breathing to make it possible for me to be present and peaceful in the world. Each moment is an opportunity for me to create a good story about the situation I am in. When I think good thoughts, I feel safer, stronger and more capable. By being present to my thoughts and emotions I am able to be accepting of the behaviour of the people in the world with me. I love my when my thoughts and emotions feel like the calm ocean.

Today I am grateful for the article in the Cowichan Valley Voice on page 66, where there is an ad for my Happiness Enhancing Gathering Tuesday October 3, 2017, a short bit about what the Happiness Enhancing session will be like and my first published Happiness Enhancing Affirmation in the Cowichan Valley Voice, Woo Hoo!
For making amends to my mom yesterday on Skype as when I was a teenager my dad died when I was 15 and a half, after that I did what ever I wanted, then there was the time I did not talk to my mom for about 3 to 4 years, so I just told her I was sorry I added to her pile of pain, as my mom has lots of pain in her life, she did not need mine too and that I wished I had done better, she started crying and said thank you and blamed my x-husband and I said that at the end of the day I am responsible for my actions, it was soothing to my core to make amends to my mom.
And for getting to witness my body get stronger when I exercise, observing how a few months ago I could hardly do a few of the exercises that I am now doing reps of 15 and 20 of each one.
