Affirmation, Gratitude and Cold Water

Today’s Affirmation; I get to create habits that help me be healthier, happier and calmer. I am the only person who decides how I shall spend my time today. I choose to get up and exercise so that my back stays strong, flexible and comfortable. Since my body is capable of movement, I better move. I can invest in my good health today by taking a walk. I can make myself a home cooked meal that is satisfying to make and nourishing to eat. Each time I make a decision that creates in my body a feeling of wellness, I feel empowered. Having new experiences keeps my life interesting and exciting. Thank you for spending a few moments of your day with me. I Love YOU. :~)

What is a new healthy habit you are creating.

Today I am grateful for finishing my first WordPress for Beginners class from Udemy, my whole being is excited when I learn something new, for the possibility that I will truly master WordPress enough to build fabulous web sites that get us noticed and build our brand and for sticking to my workout routine for this whole year so far, which means I do my exercises Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings while repeating the mantra “I have six pack abs”, “I have six pack abs”, “I have six pack abs” while I visualize my stomach being flat and healthy. Affirmation, Gratitude & Being Grounded

Today’s Affirmation; I, trust in the infinite wisdom that keeps my heart beating, my food digesting and encourages my body to be a self healing machine. When I think about how my body is rebuilding my liver, replacing each cell of my eye ball and growing my hair all at the same time I realize that I am multitasking every moment of my life. I have taste buds that can tell the difference between chocolate and honey. My mind gets to listen to the sound of people speaking through my amazing ears. When I spend a moment thinking about the amazing physical body I was given my heart relaxes and my level of confidence rises. I am enough. I am lovable. Thank you for appreciating your body today. Thank you for being here on earth with me. I Love YOU. :~)

Today I am grateful for getting to go to our friends yearly Christmas party Sunday evening as she creates gingerbread houses for everyone at the party to decorate and buys all the candies to decorate the houses too, for waking up to snow outside and not having to go anywhere, so I am able to admire the snow from a far and for a lady that bought one of my books at a Christmas show a few weeks ago and she is coming to buy five more copies this Thursday, Gratitude Dance! Affirmation, Gratitude and Lymphatic Massage

Today’s Affirmation; I, embrace all my emotions as my friend. Today I befriend my anger and resentment. When I listen to my angry and resentful feelings it nourishes my heart. My anger is there to tell me when my boundaries are being crossed. When I feel angry or resentful I pay attention to what I am angry or resentful about. I must care for me if I want to care for others, so that I am giving from a place for fullness. My angry emotions only want to protect me from some perceived trouble. I value all my emotions and I feel calmer. I am worthy. I am lovable. Thank you for spending a bit of your day with me. Thank you for bravely loving all your valuable emotions. I Love YOU. ❤ :~)

I love all my emotions. I love to be happy and at times when I am not grounded I am upset. So I do my best to love the upset as much as the joy. ❤ :~)

Today I am grateful for the group Cowichan Healing Arts as yesterday when I went to the page by accident a lady was asking for a Lymphathic Drainage Massage which I know how to do, so I wrote under her post, I would love to be of service to you, then she called made an appointment, we met today, she just left feeling relaxed, Gratitude Dance for Social Media, for trusting that I am right where I am supposed to be even when that place is in between homes and for allowing myself to believe that I am valuable, important and lovable.

Affirmation, Gratitude and Thinking

Today’s Affirmation; I, am blessed. It is within my power to make changes that improve my life. I can think before I act or speak so that I taste and feel my words before I speak them. I want my words to heal the people I love and have relationships with. It is important that when emotions run high that is when I really need to be present to what I am expressing. When I lose my temper it is important to apologize and do my best to make amends. I visualize love to fill each cell of my body which makes it easier to admit when I was upset. I make friends with all my emotions so that I feel safe. Thank you for listening to your emotions today. Thank you for being here on earth with me today. I Love YOU. ❤ :~)

Today I am grateful for Susan Murray for sharing her home with us until we get to move into the condo we are renting in Duncan, BC for the winter, we get to move in on my Birthday Nov. 18th, for my ability to split fire wood, as Susan’s home is heated by a lovely wood stove, so I have been blessed to split wood for kindling and have gotten the pleasure of building fires in a wood stove once again, like when I was a child at home, I was the fire tender, and for getting to care for Susan’s two feline friends while she is away helping her family.

Story Writing Gratitude!

Today I am grateful for getting to hear the sea lions barking down in Cowichan Bay from the home that I am staying in right now, for getting two stories finished and sent in to the CBC Short Story Contest, https://cbcliteraryprizes.submittable.com/submit/89954/2018-cbc-short-story-prize one is called “First Dance, First Kiss…” and the second one is named “The Wait Is Over” Gratitude Dance, it feel good to be following my dream of being a published author and for enjoying the chocolate I ate yesterday so that when the chocolate kept me up in the middle of the night last night, laying there staying at the ceiling remembering how good the chocolate tasted made it almost worth the sleep I did not get last night. LOL LOL LOL

Affirmation, Gratitude and Death

Today’s Affirmation; I, accept that one day hopefully far in the future I will choose to shed my physical body. Giving up my body is the most natural thing I could do. I befriend death so that I am able to live fully. I also accept that everyone I love is impermanent just as I am. I love the people in my life more openly because I live this day as if it is my last. I practice laughing for one day I will be cold and buried. I enjoy the taste of chocolate today as if it is the last chocolate I will ever savour. I enjoy the kisses of my lover in case this is our last embrace. I value every moment so that I feel alive. Thank you for doing what creates in you a feeling of delight. Thank you for sharing a bit of your day with me. I Love YOU. ❤ :~)

One day I shall turn back to pure energy.

 

Today I am grateful for having a sunny day to wash the windows in the home I am living in, so that the windows sparkle when the perspective buyers come to look at the house, for my ability to stay calm even when I make a mess, break something or when I get so involved in my writing that a couple of weeks ago when I was boiling water for tea, I boiled all the water out of the pan and the bottom of the pan was red hot, I just calmly, grabbed a hot pad, seized the handle of the pot and slid the pan over to a cool burner that the pan was nearest to and for practicing the art of patience everyday so that I am pleasant to deal with, easy going and fun to be around.

Affirmation, Gratitude and Keeping My Word To Me

Today’s Affirmation; I, spend time appreciate me today. It is important that I value me. In order to be happy I must keep my word to me. Each time I do what I say I am going to do myself worth grows a bit more. At the times when I set a goal for myself, work towards finishing the goal a bit every day then when I have finished the task I feel enlivened! It is within my power to increase my self worth, my self esteem and my self confidence with each task I complete. I am a useful child of the Universe and the Universe is excited for me when I keep my word to me. Thank you for keeping your word to yourself. Thank you for listening to your wise heart. Today I am grateful for getting two short stories finished yesterday to send to the CBC Short Story contest, one is called “First Dance, First Kiss…” and the second one is called “Dad’s Last Day” Gratitude Dance, for keeping my word to myself, that I wanted to finish two stories to send in and now I have completed that task, the second story just needs a bit of editing and for getting the home we are living in ready for sale for some friends, we took a big load of stuff to the thrift store yesterday and the garage is almost all cleared out, it feels good to make this home sparkle so that is will sell quickly and easily.
