Affirmation, Gratitude and Enjoying

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here if you have decided to enjoy this day) have a chance today to enjoy each event of my day as if it was as fun as being on a vacation at the beach. When I am dancing with the broom as I sweep the floor, my mind visualizes how yummy it feels to see a clean floor. I have an opportunity today to enjoy washing the bathroom as much as I enjoy taking a bath. Each action that I am able to take with an attitude of gratitude fills my heart with comfort. When I am able to sing while I am productive my life feels joyful. It is up to me to make as many joyful moments as possible in my life as I am the only person who decides what is joyful for me. The more I am able to create a vibration of contentment coming from my heart the easier everything I do is. Thank you for being here on earth with me today. I Love You.   :~)

Today I am grateful for getting to be a part of the Ladysmith Festival Of Lights event, there will be a spot in Aggie Hall on 1st street where it will be my joy to be manning a table marketing Robert Cerins Original Art To Wear, cheering people up in my wonderful holiday hat and getting to see the fireworks, for making a big pot of homemade chicken soup yesterday as I had some chicken broth frozen it was an easy dinner, just cut up some vegetables, add a can of coconut milk and presto there is a yummy dinner and for getting to open up the sauerkraut crock this morning, see what happened as the crock has been closed since Sept. 28th, then taste the probiotic goodness. Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a responsibility to the energy that created me, to use my energy to be an asset to my family, my community and my world.

I have an opportunity today to be kind. I have the ability to slow myself down so that when I speak my words are compassionate.

It is my responsibility to communicate my needs in ways that make it easy for the people in my life to help me, meet my daily requirements.

The best way I have found to share my needs is to take a deep breath, imagine the person being overjoyed to meet my request with an open heart and then speak my words in a tone of voice that is easy to listen to.

Then it is important to me to be able to meet the needs of the people in my life with an attitude of gratitude of being of useful service.

So when I am asked to meet the needs of my loved one, I repeat a silent mantra of gratitude for being needed. Thank you for being here today with me, as I need you. Thank you for meeting your needs in a compassionate way. I Love YOU.  :~)

Today I am grateful for getting my sauerkraut done yesterday evening, when the sauerkraut was finished there was just one head of fresh cabbage left over after 35 pounds of cabbage was what there was when I started, this time the flavour of the sauerkraut is turmeric, cumin, and coriander with poblano and anaheim mild chili peppers, for starting to write affirmations for people who need them again, to bolster their confidence, help them find their inner joy and lead them to their personal well of unconditional love of life and for my sauerkraut stomper that Robert Cerins and his father Robert made for me to pound the love into the sauerkraut and the water out of the sauerkraut (as you can see in the image below that there is cabbage floating in the juice that the salt and pounding released from the cabbage) my stomper is pictured resting on the water bath ring of the crock in this photo. This is the sauerkraut I made Sept. 27th 2016. The piece of wood on the water trough of the crock is made of maple my husband Robert Cerins and his father Bob made it for me. Gratitude Dance!

The water you see in the image was released from the cabbage itself through the action of salt and pounding the cabbage in the crock.
