Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here if you choose to change) am open to letting go of any parts of me that are holding me back from being successful. Embracing the faith that encourages me to believe in my dreams, enables me to bravely release my personal blocks to success. The more I visualize my dreams in vivid colour, experiencing what my life would feel like when I achieve my goals, what my life would smell like, when I achieve my goals, the more details about how my ideal life would be, the better, because when I visualize my future life, my Reticular Activating System is on the look out to help me create the dreams and goals that I hold closest to my heart and in my mind. My energy stays lively when I witness my Reticular Activating System enabling me to effect the changes in my mind and heart necessary for me to be disciplined. It is so cool that there is a part of our brain that helps us focus on what we are wanting to focus on.

Today I am grateful for running a bit low on cash, so that I am able to stay in a state of gratitude even at those times when I would like the mail box to have a check or two waiting for me and the only mail that is in the box, are flyers for store sales, I still do a gratitude dance to let the Universe know, that I still feel abundant in my heart, for being a generator of my emotional state, trusting that when I emit a vibration of grateful abundance the Universe responds with the like energy of grateful abundance and for having a job where I get work from home, so that I am able to meet my needs, like today I took a nap as my night sleep is thrown off track which means it is important for me to adapt so that I am able to be my joyful self. Affirmation, Gratitude and Sleep

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert my name here to remind myself to smile today) am going to increase my well being by smiling today. Every time I smile I put a tiny groove into my face that will one day become a wrinkle so the more times I smile the more chances I have of having happy wrinkles. Each time I smile my body creates endorphins that increase my well being. When I smile while holding pleasant thoughts in my mind, my being emits a vibration of contentedness which effects everyone I meet. When I consciously decide to keep a smile on my face, a generous attitude in my heart and calmness in my mind my earthly journey is enhanced. It is within my human power to emit energy that is calming, connecting and compassionate and when I am able to do that I am way more approachable to the people I meet. This is me doing a reflexology/reiki session at the Community Farm Store in Duncan BC. I love to share the healing energy of the Universe with people who are drawn to me.

Today I am grateful for Harmonic Arts Wise Woman tincture as last night I woke up a couple of times and was hot but I was able to shortly after waking up, cool off and go back to sleep, so I am hopeful that I have found the product that has given me back my restful nights sleep, for James Day at the Community Farm Store for muscle testing the product Wise Woman and another tincture of Black Cohosh to see which product would resonate with me and it was the Wise Woman and sure enough Wise Woman is helping me sleep, Gratitude Dance and for Asea which helps keep my hyperactive thyroid be calmed down (as the medical community only wants to remove my thyroid or kill it with radiation) and Asea also helps me heal burns, last night I burnt my right hand on the oven element as I tried to get a pan out of the oven so right away I sprayed Asea on it, then ran cold water on it and then over the course of the evening every time the burn would start to feel like it was burning again I would spray the burn again with Asea and the burn did not blister so far.

Asea is a miracle let me know if you need a boost to your energy or to repair a burn. :~)

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here if you are ready to create your happiness) am able to change my state of mind by changing what I focus on. My goal today is to pay attention to all that goes well. Every situation is a chance for me to be on alert for all the good that is happening in each moment. When I accomplish any small task I congratulate myself for a job well done. The times it is my priority to concentrate on my actions, responses, words and reactions are the times I feel centred. Listening to my inner voice and emotions helps me stay connected to my intuition which is another way I create my happiness, by listening to me. The more I pay attention to my moods, attitude and responses the happier I feel because my heart, mind and spirit are cooperating. Thank you for the moments you joined me here today. Today I am grateful for staying home today as it is snowing like crazy out right now and we already had more than 14.5 inches, it is a winter wonder land outside my window right now, for getting out of the driveway yesterday, with the help of a nice man and his tractor as we had dug our car out, started out the driveway, stopped to dig out the entrance and could not get our car rolling again, so the man with the tractor digging us out a parking space so we did not have to use our driveway anymore as the weather man promised more snow, he stopped shoveling the entrance of the driveway, to pull our car out with his tractor so we were able to get to the store to stock up with food and water and for how yummy chicory is so that I can make myself yummy hot beverages that soothe my spirit on cold days. Vlog #62 is about enjoying accepting our lives just the way they are and what I am grateful for today.

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here to practice being accepting) am willing to accept the circumstances of my life just as they are today. I am open to viewing my life through the eyes of trustworthiness, believing that I have within me, the will to be a producer of joy. I accept that all I need to do to improve my life, is to improve my state of mind (which is really a place that is why it is called State of Mind). There are time tested ways to allow me to influence my State of Mind with conscious thoughts repeated over and over until the thoughts manifest into concrete changes in my physical being. By repeating positive self talk that inspires me to feel confident, I understand I am increasing my ability to problem solve, be more creative and have the chance to collaborate in dynamic human relationships. The more I am able to accept myself and others just the way we are, the more I exude calmness, increasing my chances that the people who meet me will feel comfortable in my presence. Today I am grateful for adapting to my new system of two sleeps where I wake up after sleeping 2 or 3 hours then I am awake from 1 to 3 hours and then I sleep for another 3 to 4 hours, it is interesting, what to do in the quiet of the night to keep me occupied while Robert Cerins sleeps, for the Udemy.com classes that I will be studying in the night, so that I am using my wide awake morning energy boost wisely, learning information that is furthering my goal of cheering up the planet and for when I am on hold, in the grocery store, in the bank, it seems everywhere I go, the music playing is my favourite music rock and roll from the 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s, because I love to sing along. Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here to enjoy the process) will enjoy the process of being human today. I will relish my problems as the prefect problems for me, so that I can accomplish all I incarnated to do. Each new issue that causes me to feel challenged, allows me to dip into my well of resilience, discovering my commitment to enjoying the problem as a way of learning. Just as I sit here typing these words my body is flushing hot with the change that all ladies go through. So that is another way life changes and it is up to me to adjust, enjoy and embrace the redesign of my entire body once again, to take hold of the process of aging with an open heart and adventurous mind. Today I am grateful for getting to connect to a great friend who gave me wonderful news that she has not had a cigarette since last Tuesday, Gratitude Dance, I remember when I quit smoking for my 25th birthday present to me and instead of buying cigarettes for a reward for a job well done, I saved the $ I used from buying smokes and got myself other gifts like a gold necklace or anklet to reward myself, for having my breakfast created for me by my talented chef husband Robert Cerins our breakfast of homemade baked scalloped potatoes and local chicken wings was fabulous, and for creating habits that ensure I shall be healthy as long as possible, by changing my taste buds as my bodies needs change, once I drank coffee with cream and sugar and now I enjoy a hot drink made of roasted chicory, barley and rye with organic vanilla and unsweetened cocount milk. Thank you for taking charge of your taste buds today. Thank you for joining me in delight today. I Love YOU. :~)

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here if you are willing to pay attention) choose to pay attention to what I am doing, when I am doing it. I shall do my best to stay present, focused on the task at hand. It is within my ability to keep my mind on what I am thinking and feeling, so that when I open my mouth to speak, the words reveal my true nature of being compassionate. I pay attention to my emotions, since my emotions are energy, it is my plan to direct my emotional energy with forethought so that my emotions are under my wise counsel. When I pay attention to what I need, my entire being feels acknowledged and whole. I value my needs as if they were the needs of a child and put me first so that I feel paid attention to. I love it when I am mindful!

Today I am grateful for all the wonderful friendships that I have in the 3 dimensional world, as well as the online world, since there are people who I get to connect to easier because of the Facebook Chat that I may not get to connect with other wise and it helps to stay connected to old friends too, for being able to enjoy being alone as for much of my life I was uncomfortable when I was alone, now I totally enjoy my quiet alone time as if it was a raging kegger and for my ability to follow my heart, even if my head thinks my heart is crazy, experience has taught me that my heart is smater, wiser and also started to beat in my chest before I even had a brain.
