Affirmation, Gratitude and Receiving

Today’s Affirmation; I, am open to receiving love, abundance and support today and every day. In the past I only felt valued when I was giving. In order for me to receive I cultivate in my heart a feeling of self worth. My needs are important. I visualize my needs being met. When I visualize my needs being met, in my minds eye, I feel how my heart relaxes which infuses my entire being with a sense of strength. I use my powerful imagination to picture all my needs being met effortlessly. My life is easier when I trust that all my needs are met. I am willing to accept the gifts the Universe is giving me. I am safe. Thank you for cultivating a sense of abundance in your heart today. Thank you for joining me today in experiencing joy. I Love YOU. ❤ :~)

Today I am grateful for gathering with many healers yesterday at the Eco Village so that we can plan how to spread unconditional love and wellness to the Cowichan Valley, for getting flyers printed and an event page done for my upcoming Happiness Enhancing Gatherings on Tuesday evenings in Oct. and for moving forward on creating an evening of healing at the Collective Space where gifted healers come and offer their services on a By Donation basis so people can come to experience their favourite style of healing or something totally new.

Affirmation, Gratitude and Inspiration

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have an opportunity to change any part of me or my life that no longer suits me. To observe me as if I was my best friend, to take an inventory of my strengths and weaknesses so I am able to evaluate what is my next step to success. The more I value my life, my process and my path the more empowered I feel. It is up to me to invest the time, energy and forethought in my dreams as I am the only person who is capable of keeping my mind focused on all I am capable of creating. I trust in my path of becoming a gifted transformer of energy so I spend my time being the best example of compassion that is possible for me in the moment. As the books I have studied remind me that peace and contentment in the world start with me. So today I am focused on enhancing my open heart with kindness which allows me to see everyone as perfect just the way they are. Thank you for allowing love to enter your heart. Thank you for being just the way you are. I Love You.  ❤  :~)

Today I am grateful for the healing provided by the probiotics in raw organic fermented sauerkraut that I make, as the results I get when I eat sauerkraut are pure digestive bliss, because now I am able to eat a bit of raw cheese without getting eczema, for my renewed commitment to speak about the emotions in my life through the model of Compassionate Communication as designed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg PhD where observations, I statements and courage are necessary for communication and for understanding that the amount of happiness and contentment in my life is totally dependent on what I think, what I feel, what I eat and how I express myself, so today I express myself with forethought, patience and compassion. Affirmation, Gratitude and Focusing

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) create my day today, by focusing on what I want to have happen. I focus on what I am capable of doing. The first action I can take, to keep my powerful mind concentrating on creating positive outcomes, is to visualize my day going the way I want. I make it to my appointments on time. I witness my emotions, making sure they are guided by compassion. I direct my thoughts to encourage me to my goals, I visualize people reading the words I write and feeling hopeful. I open my mind to the belief that I am worthy of sharing my experiences with other people, then I receive feedback from the people I have shared with, that the experience they shared with me allowed them to feel lighter and more centred. I visualize myself sharing reflexology & reiki with my clients witnessing them feeling the relief our connection has brought to them. Thank you for focusing on the good that happens today. Today I am grateful my bodies ability to heal itself through the placebo effect, because the placebo effect shows that our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, a new book I received from the man who continues to love me, Robert Cerins is called “You Are The Placebo” Making Your Mind Matter, this wonderful book is reinvigorating my ability to heal my thyroid, for my continued studying of the mind body connection so that I am my most empowered self and for my ability to read, to gain knowledge from the most enlightened humans possible is my goal as my goal is to be the happiest person on the planet. Thank you for practicing being happy today just because it is good for your bodies chemistry. Thank you for enjoying all your actions today. I Love You.

Affirmation, Gratitude and Creating Peace

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a chance today to improve my life and the life of all other beings on this planet today by reading inspiring words written by people who also want to be peaceful. The more I focus on what I can do to effect creating peace, harmony, compassion and cooperation the more empowered I feel. Today I shall help create peace by being present during conversations to the words spoken, the body language expressed and the underlying emotional state of the person speaking the words so that I can be sensitive in my responses. The more I pay attention to the little cues each person gives off the during our connection the more I am able to meet the needs of the person and my own needs as well. I am a capable person here to share my energy wisely. Thank you for sharing your caring today. Thank you for being here with me today. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for my ability to be patient, to hone my capacity to silently stand, quietly sit or just hold my tongue to make sure that the next action I take or word I speak will be one worth remembering, for the understanding I have gained that I can make a difference in my life and the lives of the people I meet by bravely sharing a smile, making small talk in the grocery store line up or by holding the door for a stranger, and for believing I can inspire other people by honestly sharing my story, my experiences and my coping skills in the hopes that we can all courageously share our wisdom.
