Affirmation, Gratitude & Art Production

Today’s Affirmation; I, choose to cook myself a home made meal today. By cooking for myself with whole local foods I am providing my body the best nutrition possible. I allow myself to sit down at a nice table, eat my food slowly, savouring each bite so that I am able to taste all the subtle tastes of the whole foods I am dining on. I think about the farmer who grew my food, the grocery store employess who cared for my food until I bought it and the earth that nurtured my food as it sprouted from seed to plant. When I think about where my food comes from I realize that I am supported, cared for and necessary. Thank you for thinking about where your food came from today. Thank you for expressing your needs clearly. I Love YOU. :~)

Today I am grateful for getting to be home today to assemble earrings for most of the day, I love getting to work from home on Robert Cerins Original Earrings and my writing and healing practices, for having a supportive husband who is excited to see my writing dreams flourish, who helps me accomplish my goals and keeps me laughing, it is what I wanted in a partner, a best friend, a buddy and a co-creator of joy and for making a really yummy raspberry, coconut, gelatin dish flavoured with hibiscus and lemongrass teas with a touch of licorice for sweetness, I love to cook. Affirmation, Gratitude and Forethought

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert my name here to think about the words I speak) have an opportunity today to think about the words that spill from my lips today. My words can heal the ones I love when I speak with forethought. My words are powerful when I speak from my heart. I speak words that offer encouragement to myself and others, which invokes in my heart a feeling of compassion. As I cheer up the people in my life with my loving words I too am cheered up. Each time I open my mouth I have a chance to speak words that sooth the hearts of everyone who hears my voice. Thank you for thinking about the words you speak. Today I am grateful for waking up at 4:30 this morning, because I trust that the most important action it is possible for me to take, is to be thankful for everything, for getting 5,000 new earring cards so that we can supply the 40 stores that sell Robert Cerins Original Earrings with new stock and for getting to dream about how I want my future to be, as my imagination is my friend and ally in co-creating my success in my personal and business relationships. Affirmation, Gratitude and Immigration

Today’s Vlog #67 Gratitude,

Affirmation and Gentleness is about enjoying being gentle with ourselves when we make a boo boo and what there was to be grateful for in my life today, that I passed the Canadian Citizenship Test.

Today’s Affirmation; I, ________, (insert your name here if you like) practice being gentle with me today, when I make a mistake, if I break something or when I have computer issues, I acknowledge the situation, then instead of being frustrated by what happened, I say something silly like, Job security, when I make a mess or instead of cussing, I say hooray I did not like that any way. I have an opportunity to even enjoy when things go other than I expected them to go and view the event as an adventure instead of a disaster. I do my best to create a story about the happenings of my day that have a positive slant, then my body is filled with oxytocin nourishing every cell of my body, creating a cycle of wellness. Thank you for joining me for a few minutes today. Thank you for embracing your mistakes with a gentle heart. I Love YOU. :~)

Kindness creates heart felt connections.

Today I am grateful for passing my Canadian Citizenship test with a score of 19 correct answers out of 20, Gratitude Dance, all the studying I put in, paid off and I now get to have a swearing in ceremony where I get to pledge allegiance to Queen Elizabeth II then I will be totally Canadian, Woo Hoo, for the people who were employed by Immigration Canada to help us with the test today, as the man who interviewed me, was pleasant, truly happy for me to get to immigrate to Canada and really kind and for knowing that I needed to leave really early today so I would make my appointment for my test on time and to my great satisfaction I was about 10 minutes early, Happy Prance! Thank you for spending a moment of your day with me. Thank you for making up something to be grateful for if that is what it takes to start your gratitude routine. I Love YOU. :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Accepting

Vlog #62 is about enjoying accepting our lives just the way they are and what I am grateful for today.

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here to practice being accepting) am willing to accept the circumstances of my life just as they are today. I am open to viewing my life through the eyes of trustworthiness, believing that I have within me, the will to be a producer of joy. I accept that all I need to do to improve my life, is to improve my state of mind (which is really a place that is why it is called State of Mind). There are time tested ways to allow me to influence my State of Mind with conscious thoughts repeated over and over until the thoughts manifest into concrete changes in my physical being. By repeating positive self talk that inspires me to feel confident, I understand I am increasing my ability to problem solve, be more creative and have the chance to collaborate in dynamic human relationships. The more I am able to accept myself and others just the way we are, the more I exude calmness, increasing my chances that the people who meet me will feel comfortable in my presence. My future is in my capable hands. Thank you for spending time accepting yourself just the way you are. Thank you for taking time to come by for your daily dose of encouragement. I Love You. :~)

Today I am grateful for adapting to my new system of two sleeps where I wake up after sleeping 2 or 3 hours then I am awake from 1 to 3 hours and then I sleep for another 3 to 4 hours, it is interesting, what to do in the quiet of the night to keep me occupied while Robert Cerins sleeps, for the classes that I will be studying in the night, so that I am using my wide awake morning energy boost wisely, learning information that is furthering my goal of cheering up the planet and for when I am on hold, in the grocery store, in the bank, it seems everywhere I go, the music playing is my favourite music rock and roll from the 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s, because I love to sing along. Affirmation, Gratitude and Patience

Here is today’s Vlog that goes with the Affirmation and Gratitude.

Today I am grateful for my commitment to being happy first and above all by creating happiness in my own heart daily by repeating words, phrases and emotions that keep me ever hopeful, focused on what I can give, for learning to groove with my new sleep pattern of awaking at 3:00 in the morning, this morning I just got up drank my cold tea and watched a bit of Netflix then after my body was maintaining a cooler temperature I went back to bed and slept 4 more hours so I feel rested and at peace with my new sleep system of 2 sleeps at night and for trusting that I am right where I am supposed to be at all times for my highest spiritual growth, which to me means the ability to remain calm and hopeful in all circumstances. Thank you for being here with me today. Thank you for creating a bit of happiness in your heart today. I Love You. :~)

Today’s Affirmation; I, _________, (insert your name here if you would enjoy being patient) hone my skills in patience at every opportunity that presents itself. When my computer is slow I shall breathe deeply and the time passes faster. At the times I am driving and the person in front of me is going slower than I am comfortable with, it is my opportunity to realize it is good to slow down and smell the roses so I imagine smelling a rose and my mind starts to enjoy driving a bit slower. It is within my power of imagination to increase my chances of enjoying being patient as if it is an olympic sport, that I could win a gold medal in, then for my mind, it is more of a game to be patient, which inspires an air of fun in the process and increases the chances that I will actually train myself in the Art Of Patience daily. Affirmation, Gratitude and Enameling On Glass

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) take time today to appreciate all that I have accomplished so far. I have decided to approve of all of my choices up to this date, as I have at least learned some lessons from each decision my heart made. My soul incarnated to learn, the best way I have found to learn, is to take actions that put me in new situations, that require me to learn new skills, in order to thrive in my new setting. By challenging myself to learn to build a web site, play the piano or manage my mind, I am increasing my chances of becoming a person who can really bring cheer to the planet. My emotional well being is in my capable hands because I am the one who decides what I think about and what I think about helps to create my emotional state. I focus on keeping my mind thinking about what I can do and my emotions focused on an attitude of gratitude then I feel competent. Thank you for joining me in self appreciation today. Learning through listening and doing are the two best ways I have found to learn. What is the best way for you to learn?

Today I am grateful for my brother Tim Sorensen for taking a photo of a piece of enameling on glass I did in 1990 (with my grandma Ruth Virgil’s mentorship, all the arts supplies came from my grandma’s stash of glass enameling goodies), for the memories that seeing my glass work brought to my heart, my love of affirmations, the smell of the gold luster burning off and whatever else burned up in the firing process, the time I spent sitting in my grandma’s kitchen doing the art, (at the time I created this piece my age was 26) the discussions my grandma and I had while we made art together and the feeling of accomplishment when a finished piece of glass came out of the kiln and for the warm tingle of appreciation that came over my entire body when I saw the image of my art posted by my brother on my facebook page, Gratitude Dance. Thank you for the time you were here today. Thank you for appreciating your work today. I Love YOU.  :~)

Creating this piece of art 26 years ago with a butterfly and an affirmation reminds me of my commitment to cheering up myself and others.


Affirmation, Gratitude and The Unified Field

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have the opportunity today to contribute kindness to the Unified Field. The best ways I have found to be kind are:

1. to watch my thoughts as my thoughts create my feelings, then my feelings create my actions, then my thoughts, feelings and actions effect everyone in the world especially my friends, my family and the Unified Field.
2. when I find my thoughts to be grumpy I listen to their pain with the knowing that pain listened to lessens, then I am better able to cope with the issues at hand.
3. To lend a helping hand, accept that everyone is imperfect, then my expectations are lessened which increases my level of calmness and joy.
4. to smile at everyone I meet because when I smile I am creating hormones in my body that fill me with comfort and on occasion when someone smiles back at me I know their bodies are filling with life giving hormones too.
5. to practice enjoying everything I do so that everymoment of my life feels like a vacation is my goal.
Thank you for enjoying everything you do today. Thank you for allowing joy to enter your heart and expand. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for the smell of dehydrating buckwheat crackers that Robert Cerins and I made last night, the crackers will be raw when done, full of live enzymes to nourish the bodies that eat them, for the feedback I am receiving from the Universe that I am right where I am supposed to be, with my healing business growing, the earring business growing, my personal growth expanding and my relationships strengthening and for how positively my body responds when I nurture my physical being with whole foods, leaving the grains alone as grains are for grazers, making sure the relationships I have encourage me to become my most loving self and allowing myself to be gentle with me as I travel the earth with an open heart. Thank you for bravely opening your heart today. Thank you for embracing the pain as well as the pleasure. I Love You.  :~)
