Affirmation, Gratitude and Stress

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a chance today to use the stress in my life as a tool for my continued growth to be the happiest lady it is possible for me to be. It is exciting for me to realize that the quality of my life is directly effected by my ability to manage the stress that is natural in every life. It is up to me to invest time in learning the best ways for me to manage the daily worries of my heart with logical thoughts, meditation and deep breathing. My journey to self love depends on my ability to manage my emotions in ways that create in my being, much calmness, hope and possibilities. I view the daily mishaps, mistakes that I make and accidents caused by gravity as opportunities to exercise my muscles of forgiveness and acceptance. When other people do things that have a chance to trigger me to upset or self pity I nurture my heart with compassion, giving my emotional five year old heart, much empathy, compassion, kindness and patience so that I am able to comfort myself in the hopes of responding to stressful situations from a place of compassionate responding. Thank you for the moments you were here with me today. Thank you for loving your mistakes today. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for getting my big pot of chicken soup finished last night it was yummy I added poblano peppers, sweet potato, onion, celery and I even poured off an extra litre of broth to save for some squash soup I am going to make soon, for the amazing little sweet Sugar Pumpkins that volunteered in the compost pile this year, we have received from nature at least 20 Sugar Pumpkins from just one plant, it is amazing how nature keeps nurturing us year after year and for my belief that I can increase my emotional intelligence with practice, forethought and persistence because to be emotionally intelligent to me, helps me in every social interaction of my life, my ability to connect to each person’s heart allow me to be more easy going and patient with everyone, even me. Affirmation, Gratitude and Praise

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) explore my commitment to self growth today by doing activities that increase the chances of me thriving. I spend time applying the spiritual principle of forgiveness, by first forgiving myself for any and all unkind thoughts I have had about me. Instead of silently berating myself under my breath today I praise my small accomplishments like getting the garbage out on time, finishing my bookkeeping, taking a walk in the forest with my sweet husband or just spending time quietly preparing a healthy meal with an attitude of gratitude. When my thoughts and emotions are constructive I feel creative and aligned. When my thoughts and emotions are aligned all my projects, human connections and actions flow with ease. Thank you for breathing deeply today. Thank you for embracing your innate wisdom today. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for having a sunny day to clean up our home because our landlady put her property on the market, where the home is we live on, so now I get to deep clean our home with the hope that the prospective buyers are excited to see our abode, for having a wonderful landlady who is supportive, compassionate, patient and fun to connect with (here is a link to the property where we live and for my ability to connect to the energy that sparked all hearts through the implementation of meditation, as my friendship with meditation started in 1996 with my introduction to Paramahansa Yogananda from a trusted friend. Affirmation, Gratitude and Laughter

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to laugh at myself today. When I make a mistake today instead of berating myself in the quiet of my mind, I realize that I am learning something new and that is why I made a mistake, so I offer myself some forgiveness, praise myself for attempting a new venture and patiently clean up the mess I made, then do my best to start the task again once I have taken a deep breathe or two. I remind myself that mistakes are good because they give me job security as I then have a dilemma to solve which makes me smarter and more skilled. The more I focus on the small successes and forget easily the blunders I create, the happier I am. Since being happy is my goal then I have once again succeeded in a small way. Plus every time I am happy I increase my oxytocin that increases my entire well being. Thank you for laughing at yourself today. Thank you for increasing your oxytocin. I Love You.

Today I am grateful for getting to share a Reflexology/Reiki session this morning, the session starts with a foot bath for your feet, next I tenderly dry your feet, then you get on the massage table and I rub your feet, hands and head, finishing off the session with a bit of Reiki, for the clients I have that trust me to offer their bodies, minds and spirits a bit of comfort and relief from Source Energy and for the intuition that comes to me while I in a deep state of meditation during the healing sessions I offer, I feel that I receive something valuable each time I give a healing treatment. Affirmation, Gratitude and Emotions

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, invest in my health today by being calm when my emotions want to get excited. I listen to my feelings to see if it is an old emotion repeating itself, like when the phone rings at odd times and I am sure it means a loved one is dead (as my dad died suddenly when I was 15 years old) or if it is something that I need to deal with so that I feel safe. My emotions are my power so I want to wield my power with forethought, compassion and understanding. I listen to my emotions, validate my emotions then share my emotions with the people I trust. “I think before I act or speak” is a mantra that has served me well.

Today I am grateful for being able to learn how to live in a more calm centred manner so that I am able to contribute tranquil energy to the Universal energy field, as to me that is my most important job while on the planet, for learning to trust me and my intuition as that has made me feel safer in this world than almost anything else and for being open to being loving even though I know I am gonna die and all my loved ones will one day die, it still feels better to be loving. Thank you for bravely feeling your feelings. Thank you for your precious time. I Love YOU.  :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and Appreciation

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, believe that I have the power to effect my life by being aware of my emotions, my vibrations and my intentions. So today I do my best to keep my thoughts directed towards constructive, kind thoughts. I listen to my emotions witnessing if I feel calm, crazy or creative. I do my best to remind myself what is important to me each day, the calmness in my attitude. Putting myself in the shoes of the people who cross my path helps me be more compassionate and easy going. The more happy thoughts I think the more Oxytocin my body releases. When I am kind to another person I release more Oxytocin. When I hug a friend or loved one my body also releases Oxytocin. The more Oxytocin I can get my body to create, the better I feel, so today I go about giving hugs, being helpful and giving my friends an ear to listen to them, all the while my body is thriving because #Oxytocin is coursing through my veins. Thank you for creating Oxytocin in your body today. Thank you for sharing a hug today. I Love You. heart emoticon :~)

Today I am grateful for the chance to believe in me, my dreams and my ability to accomplish my goals, as the more time spent, on being focused on what I can change, my perceptions, my attitude and my acceptance level, the better my whole being feels, for knowing that by taking responsibility for my actions, my emotions and the situations in my life, is how positive change is effected, (as that is what the books I have read and experience tell me) and for being of service to the best of my ability to my family, my friends, my community and in my business dealings. Affirmation, Gratitude and Death

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, accept all of me today. I accept the parts of me that are helpless, human and hurried. I accept the parts of me that are fearful and worried. I realize that my physical self and my eternal self are entwined, as long as my heart beats. I befriend my eternal self, the spark that continues long after my body decomposes. I embrace the parts of me, that must accept the people I love in life, will one day die and that is a perfect part of life, just as birth is. So today I love with the knowledge that I too will die at some distant day in the future (hopefully LOL), so I tell my story with a sense of humour. I laugh loudly (really I do). I befriend death with a smile. I recognize that one day I will joyously embrace death with the heart of an explorer, going on the adventure of my life time. I watch with a curious eye, an open heart and a patient mind as the people in my world transition back to pure energy and deep in the centre of my being I rejoice, that they are free, as I will one day be. Thank you for enjoying life while you can. Thank you for being helpful today. I Love You. :~)

Gratitude Dance it is blooming at Christmas.

Today I am happy for being able to meditate so that my ability to be kind, listen empathically and put myself in the shoes of the people who cross my path is increased, for my belief in the possibility of my being able to effect change in the world, by effecting change in me, gives me a feeling of empowerment and inspires me to be willing to forgive easily, so today I go forth being calm just for the sake of it, and for how my body feels after I exercise each morning, strong, excited for the day and present to each moment. Thank you for caring for your sacred body temple. Thank you for exuding smiles and kindness today. I Love You. :~)

Affirmation, Gratitude and My Mom

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, allow myself to feel the situation I am in fully today. I embrace the grief, the uncertainty and the fact that today will be the last day I see my mom on this trip as I leave early tomorrow morning (with the fear it could be the last time I see her on her earthly journey, but hopefully not). It is an interesting experience to be watching my mom get littler, weaker and less capable than she was this past May when we were here. I am grateful that I have been applying myself in learning that the only constant in the world I incarnated in, is change. So I am learning to embrace the transformations that we shall all make one day back to pure energy during this time. I am enjoying being able to be of useful service to my mom and step father at this stressful time in their lives. I am enjoying being strong enough because of my relationship with Robert Cerins, the friends I have and the self care I have been doing in the past few months. I am so glad to be healthy. Thank you for being here today with me you bring me comfort during this time. Thank you for loving yourself as if you were a new born baby. I Love You. :~)


Today I am grateful for being able to be with my mom right now as she had a stroke three weeks ago today and I have been helping her in the rehab centre by keeping her company, sharing a few healing sessions and even getting to feed her so it feels as if our roles have changed, as of course once she fed me, for being able to give my step father a break as he has been in the rehab, as I have been the last few days, from 10am to 10pm to keep my mom company and make sure she is getting really good care and for being patient during the whole process of spending time in the rehab, helping my mom’s every need as if she was a new born babe and feeling a bunch of new feelings about the state of my mom. Thank you for being here today. Thank you for being loving to the people in your lives. I Love You! :~)
